Hrgovic s a smooth operator and can bang and dished out all he could against Joyce and still couldnt get Joyce out of there it was Hrgovic in the backfoot all day long taking back as good as he gave but credit to Hrgovic he has a chin

If it happens it would be a good match up this one a good step up for both fighters but I expect it to be a 12 round slugfest with Dubois taking it on points

 

Joe has been a boxer for a long time mate. He is 34 now and 35 in September. As fighers age they typically lose punch resistance and performance levels drop. Lots of fights but more importantly lots of hard sparring and punches taken, aswell as the degradation of age. Wasnt Joyce knocked down and dropped in the ams a few times when a lot younger than now too?

Dubois is in his physical prime and has that undefeated mindset. He also has a huge punch on him, world class level. It is clear from his recent performances that he is ready to step up another level. Joyce is that level.

Lets see if this happens. I personally think that Joyce swerves this fight.

I said for long that Joyce is deceptively strong and effective, his punches hurt and he throws a lot of them. Completely broke down Kiladze and Lenroy in no time, and lewison faster than Whyte.

Dubois is still young, at this stage I slightly favour Joyce. He truly is a juggernaut, just powerful and relentless.

Put it this way, if it was either Dubois or Joyce vs Whyte... Joyce would worry me more

 

This makes me sad I hope Joyce pulls the upset (I doubt it)

who has Dubois banged out? His opponents have been poor! Gorman was British level at best and also untested like ddd. He struggled with old kingpin
