If Joshua can beat a 41 year old Vlad, Dubois CERTAINLY can. This was the absolute worst version of Klitschko (no surprise, he was 41). Do I think a prime, aggressive Dubois can beat 41 year old Klitschko? Yes. What would the odds be? 60-40 Dubois. I've seen a lot more of Klitschko than most folks here, and let me tell you, he looked terrible compared to his highest standards. He gets a lot of credit for being in an exciting fight, but the truth is a prime, or even 37/38 year old version of Vlad executes Joshua, Dubois, all of these less skilled HW's. They would hardly land a right hand on him.
I still pick Wlad. I am a bit surprised that almost 80% of the poll is going with Wlad on this one. IMO Joshua was just entering his prime and his prime (while short) is better than Dubois. Once he got around to fighting Dubois I think he was already checked out (he had just beaten Ngannou) and had several wars with: Wlad, Ruiz(x2), Usyk(x2). He is also 8 years older than Dubois as well and almost 35 when they fought. I've always thought that AJ was more concerned about being a celebrity than a boxer. Additionally, I think Wlad was a bit arrogant when he fought AJ. He should have had a tune-up. You can't fight someone as tough as AJ with a year and a half off between fights (especially at 41).
Dubois KO. Nice to see people still don’t know anything about the guy. If Dubois can actually land on you, he’s not gonna quit no matter how hard and often you hit him unless you injure him.
