Why are you guys even talking about Geale? His stupid 'callout" is just piggybacking off the recent lame grandstanding of Lara and that butthurt attention ***** Ward. Golovkin's next three fights are all but set and Geale is not in his plans. The guy had multiple opportunities to fight Golovkin yet we still are somehow obligated to acknowledge his lame posturing.

Oh-oh. Someone just found out about Geale's aboriginal roots, hence lumping him in with the other reviled non-whites.

Poor fella. You were probably all chuffed when Geale held a belt that "we've got another one!! :)" only to end up bitterly disappointed. How dare he gain your trust by seeming 'pure' and then betray it by not actually being?

I read from Team Golovkin that both sides agreed.

The only thing to prevent the fight was if HBO did not agree to broadcast it.

And HBO decided not to broadcast it, thus the fight was scrapped for a lesser "off TV" opponent.

This is from Rafael's ESPN page on January 8th:
    http://espn.go.com/boxing/story/_/id/10263878/daniel-geale-face-garth-wood-sydney-feb-19
    Gary Shaw:
"Geale wants to fight GGG in April, and I have spoken to HBO about the fight and all they say is that they are interested, but they are exploring other options," Shaw said. "What can be a better option than Geale, a true 160-pounder and a former world champion who beat [Felix] Sturm [in a unification fight] on German soil? And even though Daniel did not get the decision in [against Barker] he is willing to come back just to fight GGG.

"What I don't understand is that after the Barker fight, HBO said they wanted Geale back, and now they have gone silent. I know GGG would fight Geale as [Golovkin's team] asked if we wanted the fight in Monte Carlo, but Geale wants to fight him on HBO."

We know now that Geale won't be fighting GGG in April on HBO because of Aussie PPV showing UFC on the same date.

You are a racially motivated poster who only gives an opinion if it pushes his agenda.

You have said on multiple occasions that you think both Japanese fighters and all fighters below Featherweight are irrelevant to the sport and shouldn't be considered for P4P discussion.

Don't worry, Willis. There have been worse and better trolls than you before you showed up. Your posts have no relevance to me, anyone who has read your nonsense over the months, or anyone with half a head.

Continue enjoying the medium of the internet for social interaction.

This is true. Nobody denied any of this...

However, you quoted me then posted an article not responding to what I was talking about. Your article was published Jan. 8th. I am referring to news that would have happened in late Nov. or December, when there was time for both to have a full camp for a Feb. date in Monaco. HBO balked. It is what it is. I think it was a bad move by HBO but that's just my opinion. No I don't have an article saved and stored on my computer.

I don't save and store articles on my computer either.
I opened up a new tab on my internet browser and typed "Gary Shaw Daniel Geale Monte Carlo Gennady Golovkin" into the search bar on yahoo and hit enter.:rofl

Incorrect. Geale, along with some other big names turned down the Monaco date.

:huh HBO was still trying to work out how to broadcast the fight after Geale turned it down and Adama was signed and just a few weeks away from the fight.

You'll have to find a source on this because it contradicts my friend who feeds me info from the Golovkin camp. As far as my source goes, they had never agreed to the Feb date. Geale declined it in Q4 of last year.

So Geale rejects the offer to fight Golovkin so they find a different opponent, then Geale decides to call him out
