Daniel Geale on being stripped of WBA 'super' title

That sucks. Among the things he says:

-He hasn't gotten his WBA belt yet.
-Talks of the lack of value in being a "champion."
-Not happy that Sturm and Golovkin were dual titleholders for a year... and
-Mad at Sturm for not fighting his mandatories, therefore Geale's clock to fight his mandatories started unfairly.
-Says the WBA did him wrong, and praises the IBF.
-Says that organizations don't want unified champs because it doesn't suit them financially.

Obviously, he's right

 

Poor *******. He fights the Rings #1 fighter (SM is champ) and beats him in his own backyard then they strip him and give to the hype job Golovkin who has beaten **** all to be named champ. Not only is it a belt Golovkin doesn't deserve but it's a belt he didn't earn. He's a paper champion and I don't know how K2 can be proud of this

 

he should fight mundine then beat the over rated golovkin and get his belt back

 

I agree he should have been given at least one optional, but it's not like it came out of nowhere, he knew upfront he'd have to defend by jan 1. Sure GG didn't earn it, he's been up for it for 2 years though.

Idiot. The fight was ordered barely a week before the had there September 1st fight, well after the fight was signed. Do a bit research before making yourself look like a complete moron.

 

Regardless, he wasn't ambushed, he's known about it for months. Sturm presumably would have finally had to fight GG if he'd won, or drop the belt. After GG signed with the Klitchkos, the WBA started putting pressure on Sturm to defend against him.

Doesn't matter anyway. Everyone knew that fraud wasn't going to face GGG! I certainly said it weeks back here when it became clear that GGG was his wba mandatory.

Of course he knew he had to fight his mandatory but not within three months after winning the damn thing seeing as they ordered it AFTER he had signed the contract to fight Sturm so you tell me how that is not a ambush. seeing as they have given Chris Johns, G. Jones (who has about one fight every two years) and Wlad extra time (Povetkin has been the mandatory for over a year now) to have theirs, why did he have to defend his in less than three months

Bull**** Sturm would have had to fight GGG. They have been saying that for over a year and never enforced it. Anyway isnt there a time limit for when they can fight the mandatory (within 9 months for WBA I could be wrong)??

It's also fact that they ordered the winners to meet AFTER the fight was signed so Geale didn't have a choice in the matter and was ambushed (also from a previous WBA convention report back in August) but don't let facts get in between you and GGG nutsack you ******.
