.........Mundines Australian swansong....Last chance to see Mundine???

Bloody hell, the promoters are now trying to convince the fans that this may be their last chance to see Mundine get KO'd on Australian soil, just to sell more tickets.

Hah! That's what Glen Wheatley keeps telling us about John Farnham...and yes he's just about to make another comeback!

Mundine aint goin' anywhere. He'll be in a ring at Subiaco oval in the not too distant future, be assured of that.

Looking forward to the Mundine/Green teams, doing the R.S.L circuits in years to come. Ian Turpie should be ring announcer.

Any idea how much tickets to a mundine promotion will set you back? We dont get alot of boxing in ol' brisbane town so I'd be half interested to go see this one live.

Sambo - keep an eye on boxrecs schedule, you might be suprised at how much boxing goes on here! Ace Boxing/Red Corner shows are a must and Rob Liguer has a show on the 17th. Steve Dellar has started promoting again and usually has his shows to a packed house at the Irish Club.
Check out Tiketeks website Monday the prices should be on there

    lol lol lol

Ahh...Ian Turpie. Was reduced to the club circuit doing promos and give aways. You know he is at the end of the road when he appears on your box doing an ad for a life insurance. I just hope he takes his own advice...you seen him lately? death warmed up ol Ian. lol

I really hope not lol. I mean Geale is the champ coming into this one (even though i couldnt give a **** about meaningless belts) Just think its right Mundine enters first.

No worries Sambo - Red Corner might have a head like a dropped meat pie, but his fight nights are absolutely brilliant

Credit to Geale and Mundine for finally stepping up and fighting each other rather than fighting journeyman like they have done in recent years.I will be very surprised if Mundine doesn't win a comfortable UD, something like 116-112. Imo Geale doesn't have the power, pressure, experience, chin to seriously be able to defeat Mundine. I would much rather have seen Mundine fight an established fighter at world level such as Sturm, but i will settle for a Geale matchup.
