Yeah his HD is dead for sure. Recover that somewhere and get a replacement one, then transfer back over.

Dude i done the exact same thing over the first Hopkins-Dawson fight.

I got it fixed though turned out it was the HD.

Did you hit it on the lower right side? if so it could be the HD, if so bring it somewhere and get them to replace it and hope that you can recover the information lost.

Exact same spot i hit it and it turned out to be the hard drive.

Unfortunately though it's likely you're gonna have to replace the HD.

On the plus side you can get some more space perhaps if you were running low, just hope you can save your Itunes library and wedding pics though, good news is it is possible to recover information from a completely dead HD so if you just badly damaged it there is hope just ask the person fixing it to try and recover the information lost.
