Billy Hussein is yelling at Awad on his stool, "You can't keep taking punches with nothing to show for it! You're center-line, you can't be! Give him angles and tire him out!"

 

Round 3

Pittman is tracking left and putting the jab down into Awad's nose. Left crosses now behind the jab. Awad is, creditably, taking Hussein's advice and dropping his head to either side with his spine kinked to try and stay low and clear of the jab. Pittman is able to adjust and find him with it after a few misses, consistently accurate. Awad is pressuring but not landing. Pittman is getting off first while letting Awad steer him around.

Mundine was just shown entering the building, looking completely relaxed.

 

Round 4

Pittman is still getting the jab in but a bit less tidy with the left now, slapping it over the top instead of firing it straight behind the jab. Awad covers his face coming forward and takes the lefts across his shoulder. Awad is looking for the right hook to the chest but falling a bit short. Pittman bloodies Awad's nose with the right jab while stringing him along moving in and out.

Round 5

Pittman walks nearly into a corner and executes a quick spin to reverse positions with Awad, while landing a jab. Pittman is toying with Awad from long range, the jab proving an obstacle. Awad lunges and gets through with a rocket jab of his own. Time out, they check on Pittman's cut. Time in. More jabs from Pittman as Awad tries to duck under. Clinch. The ref calls for a break and Awad nails Pittman with a left hook as they're backing apart. Awad gets an earful from the ref. Time in again. Awad tries to mug Pittman pressing in low. Head clash. "Keep it clean, fellas!! :twisted:" Pittman catches Awad coming in with the jab.

Round 6

Pittman is hit low and complains to the ref, hurt. No response. Pittman keeps moving and jabbing. Awad stalks and looks for big hooks, feigning his jab but not firing it off. Combos to the body from outside by Pittman. Awad walks into a left hand, head snapped back. Pittman bounces off the ropes and pops a flurry into Awad's face while veering to the side to remain clear of them. Combos by Pittman, putting Awad to the ropes. Sloppy counters from Awad. Long jab by Pittman. Double jab. Left cross. Awad can't compete with him from this distance.
