Daniel Geale vs Gennady Golovkin - WBA super & IBO titles - July 26

There's a article at the scene where Macklin thinks it's a conspiracy theory between k2 and Gary Shaw to get GGG a fight with Geale because the JCCjr fight fell through. Perez and GGG are both promoted by K2 and Geale and Jennings are both promoted by Shaw. @ Macklin.

 

It just wouldn't be boxing without a conspiracy theory. Macklin does have every right to feel disappointed though.

Most thought Geale did enough to win but thought, being in Germany, Sturm would get the decision.

As for GGG:
Why should any fighter fight a guy in a heavier division?
How does that make him lack "balls"?

 

When you say you'll fight ANYONE from 154-168, then get a call from Ward - then knock it back - that could be perceived as 'lacking balls'

 

Who are these most people? Imaginary friends do not count. Pretty much everyone on these boards thought it was an extremely close fight that could have gone either way, just look at the RBR thread in the main forum.
