But your boy is constantly doing this yet you get upset when we criticise him.
But I thought you always supported our boys, no matter what.

You are so full of double standards, and you're a troll.

Id like to see Geale try to entice Mathew Macklin over for a defense of his title.
OR even go toe England to do it.

I agree, i would even make matches against lower fighters jus tto keep him busy, but not against low fighters in you are only fighting twice in the year.

Any way you spin it this is a poor match up. Geale currently holds the IBO World Middleweight Title, an organisation doing o.k at the moment..Mckinnon is a goer but one would say below the level of a "World Champion".I would be astounded if Geale's management could not have enticed a single fighter in the boxrec top 50 ( have a look at the list) to fight the no. 4 ranked middleweight & the holder of a credible version of the world title. A poor effort ( or lack of effort) by his management. This is Mundine-esk.

All i feel is that Geale should not be fighting this opponent, when he could have taken on a guy ranked inside most or maybe all of the top 15 rankings of the sanctioning bodies, in a very winnable fight.

I think most of us would have liked to see him fight someone better, but was that by choice? Was he able to fight someone better?

I will say this McKinnon can punch and has been fighting at Super-Middle lately.

Lets not also forget Money plays a MAJOR role in making fights, if US/Europe based guys are pricing themsleves out then it aint going to happen and Geale will have to take a stay busy fight while they negotiate further. either that or Geales camp dont have the money or are not offering enough.

Yeah if you do not mind, was it his choice or the managements?
If you cant say on here that is totally understandable.

But i can u8nderstand if he took this if he plans to fight a big name in the next 2-3 months, but not if he will not fight again for X amount of months.

Ultamately in most circumstances in Australia its a combination of management & fighter that decides what happens.
There is a real good chance Geale will fight the guy i wanted him to face in the early new year anyways.
