When the hell is this? :huh A few sources say it's this coming Wednesday, the 29th of February @ 8am American Eastern time/1pm UK/midnight local time in Tasmania. Others list it as the next Wednesday, the 7th of March. What day and time is it really? Was it originally scheduled for the 29th and then pushed back a week? That midnight local start time can't be right, can it? Not for the card anyway. Is that just the anticipated ring walk time for the main event?
Hey, ib march 7th things will heat up come fight night considering adamu trainer said geale should be in ballet I'm positive there worried and geale will put on a clinic against him
Cool, what time do you reckon the main event? 7pm eastern AUS is 3am eastern USA, so I probably won't be making an effort to wake up early enough to catch the whole undercard. :yep
I think it'll be a tough night for Daniel but I see him winning on points. Adama is a tough customer but I think Geale's accuracy and work rate will prove the difference.
I also believe that Adama is better than most think. IMO he'll take it up to Geale early trying to unsettle him. It's hard to deny that Daniels skill level has improved vastly over the last couple of years and it's these skills along with his fitness level are what i think will win him this fight. No bragging, no false bravado, no bull**** over the top promises. Just an all round champion and a credit to the sport.
I dont particularly rate Adama but he is more of a risk than Albert because he is a bit unorthodox and can punch. I expect Geale to beat him easily..but I expect him to do it boxing relatively conservatively, more than likely getting a points victory, though maybe getting a late-ish mercy stoppage.
From the footage available...geale should simply be too smart for this guy. The key is to keep changing the angles on this guy as he is a puncher who tends to load up. But he is often off balance and a bit wild, untidy. Geale has very smooth, subtle foot movement...he'l have this guy hitting lots of air. This guy isnt real fast either...geale has him covered there.
:think I tend to think the main event of the evening is going to be a deal later than 7pm local time (as reported in this thread)...and a deal earlier than 12am midnight local time (as reported by other sources). Does nobody know? Is there not a programming guide you all can look at in advance on your televisions? If it's a four hour broadcast beginning at 7pm local time, for instance, one can guess that the main even ring walks will be around three hours into the broadcast...about 10pm. Nahmsayin?
