Does anyone have or know where I can get my hands on a copy of “memoirs of Daniel Mendoza”? I’m looking for the 2011 edition with the black hardback cover. If anyone on here has a copy name your price..... Thanks.
Depending on the location you're in, you could try checking the largest libraries available, or possibly universities of some kind. Just from looking online it seems some have this book in their collection.
I’m in London. I’ve seen some copies on amazon and eBay but not the special edition that I’m after. Tried Waterstones and they said it’s out of print. Saw it on eBay a few years back but stupidly didn’t bid on it. Thanks for the suggestions though. I’ll give the libraries a go Must be out there somewhere.
Keep up the search mate. Remember, the Greb training footage was found through sources like these. I'm sure you can find the book. Good luck.
I do not think the book is that hard to find. Have you checked Amazon? http://www.boxing.com/daniel_mendoza_is_bigger_always_better.html
Hey mate. Just found this on the Internet. It's a full pdf version of The Memoirs you were looking for. Not as good as having a physical copy, but allows you to read it regardless. Says it was created digitally 2012. Maybe it's the version you're looking for? https://springfieldcollege.contentdm.oclc.org/digital/collection/p15370coll2/id/2111/
Thanks mate. This is amazing. This will definitely hold me over until I get a physical copy. Intrigued by Mendoza, pity he isn’t mentioned more here.
