Like it or not Margo has lost every important fight of his life against guys taller than himself.

True or not, most people have the impression he's beating smaller guys at Welterweight.

Santos is a dirty fighter. I hope Margarito kicks his ass.

Cintrons stock is very low right now.

Margo is a proud man, dont think this kind of thing doesnt matter to him. Great fighters move up and beat bigger guys, not down.

Moreover, I did not say hes lost everytime he's fought somebody taller than himself, Im sorry if that was grammatically unclear.

He could of beat Santos in the second fight but Santos is a dirty fighter. He had to cheat because he was getting his ass kicked when it was stopped.

Shorter does not equate to smaller in boxing though. That's why they go by weight.

If Margarito was forced to fight at jr.middle then Clottey, Cintron, Williams and Cotto would be joining him.

Personally I'd like to watch the Santos fight, but it isn't one Margarito should have to take. I personally feel he was robbed in the first fight by not being allowed to continue two more rounds. The cut was caused by a headbutt to begin with. And then it was used as an instrument to cut the fight short when Tony started to take over in the late rounds. I didn't like that at all.

It's one thing when you stop the fight because of the cut being a hinderance. It's another to stop a guy on a cut way after the incident when he's doing just fine in the fight and actually getting the better of the exchanges. If he goes down to PR to fight Santos again DKP or the local commission will find a way to rob him. I'm sorry but that is just the truth.

    I agree with that.

MArgarito will now chase a big money fight with an established name, or make an easy defense or two (cant blame him) - but if he wants more universal recognition he WILL have to beat Santos or Williams; prefereably Williams for the sake of WW clarity.

Some of you really need to ease up! Margarito is still savoring the Cotto victory, give him some time!

I agree. The Williams fight should happen. That is the best fight for him to take right now.

I think margo wins by KO. I think he can entice Santos into a slugging match somewhere in the fight then eventually hurt and stop Santos.

I been waiting for Santos to call this guy out marge wont be enjoying a size advantage there and Santos can possibly him hurt him again. He has done it on two seperate occasions in the past. I said it before these two have unfinished buisness. I want that smirk nocked off Chavez' fat face.
