I see a real humdinger, with both guys in a real state at the final bell.

Not sure who I pick though......

I see the fight being the same way, but i'm not sure if Cotto's going to box or going to brawl.

When this fight was talked about - I took Cotto - but now I'm changing my mind.

Since the Paul Williams fight - Margarito comes out with aggression from the first bell - I think he's going to be all over Cotto and it's going to be too much. Besides - he takes a pretty good punch too.

    Margarito by KO.

That's fairly good since Santos beat Margarito, it would be better for him to say that Margarito will win because if he does he will look better.
    Honest answer!

    Hey fitz are you ok?

Are you trying to play both sides of the fence here.

You don't like Cotto and you are picking him to beat Margo. Is this so you can say you see since Cotto is "a protected fighter" (your words) and he beat Margarito then there is the reason that PBF never fought Margo.

I mean you picked Gomez to upset Cotto but are not picking Margo to upset Cotto.

    Something is not right here:huh

Daniel Santos should teach Cotto to Headbutt and advise him to utilse his Bread and Butter lowblow punch, early lol..

I like Daniel Santos but his input means almost as much as mine here..
tho a lefty by nature and a switch hitter, Cotto fight's best as a traditional
right handed fighter whereas Santos was/is a taller southpaw.

If Cotto can survive Margarito he defo deserves all the credit he get's and then some.
It should be a WAR! Margarito's best punches happen to be the one's Cotto is most vulnarable to. An often over looked fact about Margarito's fight is his ability to switch from right to left in the middle of combinations.
(Which is the reason he catches people with shot's from unexpected angles)
Also Maragrito has a pretty good strong jab, when he uses it.
IMO, Whoever can utilise the Switching best will win this fight.

it's gonna be good, But I take what Santos say's with a grain of salt.

Bet's still on assmunch, you can play the indecisive role when picking which boyfriend plugs your balloon knot the best but on ESB you made a choice so stick to it.

I believe I saw an article in which Margarito stated that he fights one style: forward. I do not know overwhelming Cotto will be the one and only way to defeat him. Santos also points out how Cotto will have an arsenal of different skills to bring to the fight and how he is younger. Plus, he is the champion and so I believe that Cotto has more options to win as opposed to Margarito who wishes to tee off. Cotto can box or brawl, but I think the tactical plan here may be similar to how he fought Mosley as opposed to Gomez. It would be interesting to see the 24/7 series for this fight and the mindset in each of the two fighters' camps.

It could be that he likes Cotto because they are from the same country?

That's what makes Cotto superior, he has two choices, Margarito has one. Watch for Cotto do a little bit of both and win this fight by UD. :good
