Cotto couldn't knock out Malifaggi...........he is not going to knock out Margarito!

    Margarito via 11th round ko!

You should give Malignaggi credit for being able to take those punches rather than blame Cotto. :deal

Because Cotto was weight-drained at 140 and wasn't as powerful as he is at 147, plus Paulie has a great chin and a lot of heart. I reckon Margo takes one body shot too many.

I think if the rugged Judah could last 11 rounds with Cotto at 147; I have a feeling that Margarito might be able to last 12 rounds with him.

Santos should not be saying this cause in my eye's Margo got robbed in that fight and santos was lucky the fight was stop becuase he was on his way to been ko that night and he was twice as big as Margo that night and Cotto is twice as small and with the NEW Margo that start's fast in fight's Cottto and any WW is going to have hell win or lose. By the way Margo by KO in less then 10.

I'm going against the grain. Marg KO's cotto. Cotto will need to BOX the entire fight (well...MOST of the fight) to win. He should bang with Marg but only in spots and find the right time to engage...then go back to "Boxing". It's not impossible for Cotto to do this...I just don't see it happening which is why I see a late round KO by Marg.

Well the difference between Malignaggi and Judah versus Margo is that they have better foot movement and don't square up as much as Margo. Margo is so much more hitable. Whether Cotto KO's him is highly unlikely but can't completely be disregarded.

theres another thread around that talks about over estimating boxers because of ur love for them... i have a feeling that this matchup has a lot of that from both sides, maybe we should all try to rethink our predictions here and not get so involved in the passion of the hype ;)

    My slef included :thumbsup

i pick margo. i think cotto will look to rumble with margo due to all the puerto rico vs mexico background and that will get him into trouble.

cotto could outbox him i think, but i doubt thats the road he will take.

thats why i see margo stopping him late.
