With all the interesting fight we had yesterday, most people didnt know that Jose Antonio Rivera and Daniel Santos were fighting yesterday for a WBA title eleminator. Rivera, who lost this same title to Travis Simms in January, was completly dominated by Santos in the 8th round, which forced is corner to trow the towel.

Santos, who has 2 victories over Antonio Margarito, now have is ticket to fight Joachim Alcine if he beats Alfonso Mosquera (19-5) on december 7th. Alcine's best victory is over Travis Simms, who he beated for the title
    last July.

This should be an interessting fight. What are your toughts?

I'll take Alcine by a very wide UD, possible shutout like Sergiy placed on Santos. Alcine has a good style to really lay some leather on Daniel and he's long enough to keep it on his terms at all times and as you said, he already beat Travis Simms, who's a very talented and underrated fighter, even if aging.

    I'll just say shutout.:good

Well guys, that's even better for him and hopefully he grows. I rate Alcine fairly well and I hope he gets the right fights and is not avoided.

Santos is a good stepping stone.

By the way QW, I'm only talking sense to you now because I'm talking up one of your guys.

Alcine is the real deal..Canada got some underrated talent. He is actually a smart fighter with a whole lot of confidence. He beats Santos.
