Between these 2 blood and guts warriors who wins this all out war? Would be one helluva brawl and beautiful fight to see.

I think Zara was clearly better than Marquez, and quite similar in style. I'd pick the young Zaragoza to box to a decision, unless he tries to do what he did in the Banke rematch and gasses out. I also see a bit of Zaragoza in Chololo, who obviously has a win over Vasquez. I think Zaragoza is definitely favourite.

But who cares about that! This would an unbelievable fight. Super-Bantamweight is insane for top tier fights. There's arguably five SBW fights in the top ten all-time fights. These guys account for two of them. This would be a great, great fight.

    Zaragoza outclasses him.

Vasquez could punch, but he was extremely limited and not especially durable.

Funny enough Zaragoza started training Rafael Marquez in his later part of his career after Rafa disbanded from Nacho Beristain.

Zaragoza vs Rafa Marquez would have also been a great fight as well.

I know this is an old post but I'm not sure I agree Zaragoza is clearly better than Marquez whilst he probably has more filler to his resume Marquez beat top fighters like Tim Austin, Mark Johnson. I wouldn't say there's much between Marquez/Zaragoza H2H honestly and Marquez hit alot harder than Zaragoza who also had brittle skin.
