“There really wasn’t any single punch which hurt me, or bothered me, I did feel some of them, but I did my fight, I was going forward, throwing punches, a lot of punches, and I know people say I was landing as many as I wanted to, but the ones that did, did heavy damage, I know that if the fight hadn’t been stopped, I was gonna take Jhonny out, he was already wearing down badly.

I wonder how many here picked DanielPonceDeLeon to beat J-Gonz. Ponce was the underdog, right?

Call me guilty for picking Gonzales to beat DeLeon

Nahhh... You made a sensible choice. Gonzalez is more skilled, more experienced, has Berestain on his corner, on a winning streak and got power too. In fact J-Gonz was installed the favorite to win.

What makes you pick Ponce to win? What's your basis?

Yup, Daniel is stronger than Jhonny but Jhonny's power is no joke too.

I picked PDL, but it wasn't easy. Basing on Jhonnys performance vs Nishioka it might of been more rxciting, but PDL's performances tho losses to Gamboa and Broner were much more impressive. PDL has clearly evolved into a smarter, more cerebral fighter. He shocked many by making both Gamboa and especially Broner look bad. I think his loss to Lopez has fueled Deleon and I think he has earned his rematch with Lopez. I don't think Jhonny would of been as successful as PDL vs Gamboa or Broner!

Nice pick basing on how they performed on their losses. Weird but nice.

PDL is done at the top or near top level.
