Ríos is stalking and leading with left hooks up top. García is rolling to either side to let the hooks skim his shoulder blade and countering with jabs and 1-2s before straightening up, as well as immediately after while briefly aligning his spine in the center line before either moving laterally or dipping again. García is drawing the lead by leaving jabs hanging suspended in the air, then fading away to counter with straights. García only getting clipped with a few underhanded rights on the belt line, moving and defending well.

Round 3

García is jabbing Ríos and leaning or stepping back to make Ríos lunge. Double jab and triangle right hand from Ríos, hitting its zenith equidistant between them and half a foot overhead, then crashing down into García's jaw, but partially blocked as he leans back into the ropes. García is throwing a crisp back-foot jab and letting Ríos walk onto it. García clipped with a couple of overhand rights backing into the ropes. García keeps laying out the jab, feeding it while moving just ahead of his opponent's hooking range. Ríos timing him and punching with him, able to score his own front-foot jab, unfurling his surprisingly long tentacle and exploiting his underutilized reach, able to bypass his own lack of hand speed with García aiding him in slowing his pace to linger in range to score his own jab.
