Danny Garcia beat the hell out of Matthysse!

not sure if this has been said yet..thread too long..but prefight Angel Garcia sounded like a nutjob...but as crazy as he sounded every word he said albeit crude was the truth. I picked Matthysse for the win but props to Danny...new fan of his here.

 

This was a good even fight and Lucas was getting to Danny before the eye closed up and completely shut down Lucas who seemed to be gaining some momentum.

In a rematch this is still a 50:50 fight in my opinion, maybe 55:45 in favour of Danny

 

Man Danny proved he's the real deal, but Lucas was beating him all over the ring and Danny got real lucky at times, not to mention Lucas corner didn't have ice for his shiner! I need to see this again cuz I had Lucas winning he hurt Danny many more times than Danny hurt him. With the knockdown a draw is fair, but Danny didn't win no unanimous decision! That's bull****!

Not ONCE did Lucas have Danny buzzed. Lucas was able to hurt Danny's mouthpiece, but could NOT hurt Danny.

And what luck are you talking about? He was landing combo's and Lucas would freeze up...

Even Paulie Malignaggi said in the 10th round... "if Danny keeps this up, Angel is going to have a LOT to talk about..." It was CLEAR that Danny was beating Matthysse.

And the reason Lucas eye was closed was cause Danny shut that like he shut Lucas game down.

Sorry you did not get the satisfaction of Danny losing you bitter hater.

Watching this fight, I came away thinking Danny has more power than Lucas when he really settles in and throws those killer shots. Lucas simply cannot hurt Danny...Especially with one shot. He should stick to fighting Mike Dallas. His fans like those hype KOs.
