Floyd will whoop him easy. Danny Garcia ain't even in Floyd's league. I would rather see Maidana against Garcia.
We'd have to see how Danny holds the extra seven pounds, style wise its difficult to see anyone matching well with Floyd he makes all the proper adjustments. One thing Danny has on his side is his counter punching ability which would allow him at the very least an opportunity to capitalize on the rare slip ups from an aging Floyd. If I had to pick it would of course be Floyd though Danny's ability to counter with accurracy does give him a fighting chance. Styles make fights and we have heard this time and time again so it isnt some new moment of clarity....I wouldnt put to much stock in the Herrera fight since Floyd's style doesnt resemble his in the slightest.
Even this faded Cotto is much stronger than Swift , way better jab , quicker . sets up combos better . Just a way better fighter period . I had Mayweather/Cotto 117-111 for Floyd . Sure looking at the scorecards , it looked like Floyd had an easy night . But it was nothing easy about those 12 rnds he endured . It was a highly competitive fight , Floyd body language tells you how surprised he was when Miguel showed him he can hold his own against him .
Its all a matter of styles . Paulie has the perfect style to neutralize Danny and outbox him . He knows Swift all too well by now :yep
I love Paulie, but he gets stopped vs Danny....surely Paulie will have his moments his problem is of course his inability to hurt Danny as he moves forward and his legs won't hold up the entire fight
I seriously doubt Swift Garcia can do much against Mayweather but let's get Jacory Harris on the case to find out his expert opinion first.
he's taller and i think he has heavier hands. bhop made the point in an interview....with danny growing up in philly....he's seen and fought guys with similar styles to floyd and has been successful.
