Guerrero might be shot at this point.

I still hope Robert pulls it off, I like the Ghost. He got labeled a quitter for his fight against that Asian fighter (I don't feel like boxrecing his name). Guerrero proved he is anything but a quitter against Thurman. But I think that fight took something out of him.

As for Garcia, he is pretty much a one-trick pony. While not as bad as people say he is around here, he did get schooled against Herrera and struggled with ancient Judah. I think if he fights boxers who are not shot, he is will lose again.

This is an improvement compared to what most of the other top WWs are fighting. Guerrero has seen better days, but this is a solid fight for a guy new to the weight.

Some fuking nonsense being spouted on this thread people giving **** to Guerro for fighting Berto at 147??? So the fuk what didn't - hes fighting 2 weight classes above where he should be and still beat Berto down and Berto while not living up to early hype is decent.

Garcia does seem to be taking a back seat when it comes to opponent's he went in with Khan, Matthyese when he was doing well, Cheaterson but hasn't looked that good in ages. Maybe they are waiting for a big pay day to come along. If Guerrro can outbox him could be interesting

People must really rank Garcia to consider Guerrero a "cherry pick"

Yeah, I really don't get it. I give him credit for being in the right place at the right time for Khan and for gutting out the Matthysse fight, but we've seen enough since then to gauge his level. If Ghost isn't shot (which is a possibility, honestly), it's not going to be easy.

They were smart to pay off Postol until Garcia left 140...
