When it comes to Puerto Rico's best and Mexico's best, Mexico comes out on top.

Fighting and beating a Mexican who has a record like 15-20-5 in a championship fight is NOTHING to bragg about.

 

This is not the first time a rican has attempted to pull off such a politically correct stunt. Besides I know plenty of Mexicans that like Cotto and Tito......in all honesty I think their are a lot less stubborn mexican/rican fans that exists but you'd have to dig deep into boxings skull n bones underground soceity to find them

Man it has nothing to do with race, one fighterjust happens to be better then.the. other. I see Rios loosing a one sided fight but makes it to the end without getting ko in the fight. Against jmm I see jmm stopping Garcia in the 8th round. Jmm will take a few of garcias bombs but his inside combinations will be to much for Garcia

 

Great fight, the styles would mix well for a very entertaining all out action!
If Marquez still has it, I give him the edge as well, but only slightly. Garcia is young and fresh, and has been proven to weather the storm. A very good attribute in any young fighter.

 

Pretty much summed it up.

 

One thing is for sure and that's that Danny is a hard nosed, determined fighter with what looks like a solid chin and tons of heart. Its quite obvious he dosent bring a ton of eye catching attributes but he's a constant and consistant preformer thats hell bent on getting a W...its an attribute that many fans overlook because they rather be awe struck by the theatrics.

 

These are the same mother ****ers who are giving Segura props for beating an old ass Iron Boy Calderon who has obviously stretched his size giving up 5 inches of height and a **** load of inches on reach, just to give another Mexicant a shot at his greatness.

Yet these ****s give Danny 0 credit for beating Morales? GOD Morales? I ****ing love Morales, and obviously none of the Ricans are hyping up that shot, but this ****** thread starter basically **** all over Morales in his own thread. Morales is ALWAYS game, he wupped up Maidana and therefore you should give Garcia credit for fighting a version of Morales who could still rumble with a guy like Marcos Maidana, who was a guy who made another Mexican, Victor Ortiz, his *****. So just do your self a favor thread starter, and shut the **** up =)

Blatant disrespect for Mr. Morales...one of my favorite all time fighters hands down.....

Touching on Ivan Calderon is an intense subject for me the beauty in which this guys boxed was amazing. Sure not everyone appreciated his style but to deny his ability and execution was to deny the sceince of the sport at its purest form. I respect Segura for what he accomplished but can anyone really and truly say Segura is a class above Ivan? I mean seriously....there's no comparison non whatsoever......
