I am not sure why the parents of fighters are a big story now. Years ago a fighter said this was my parent and people were like ok great, but nothing more. Now the parents are becoming the story.

Well there wasn't as much social media back then to allow the fighter's dad to be exposed to it, not that they were all guys with the same characteristics as Garcia Snr but it's now the age of youtube.

 

I know afew people like angel. Hes the type that is cool with people then talk **** an throw them under the bus behind their back. He did it with rodsado recently. Nothin real about him

 

I do wonder if and when Danny will get annoyed or bothered by his fathers' constant presence, answering questions for him, talking about himself, etc.

 

Angel needs to be muzzled, the guy just doesn't know when to be quiet. Danny’s a cool dude, speaks a lot of sense, and knows his boxing. It’s a shame that he can’t talk without his father constantly butting in.

Can’t wait for the fight, can see Zab winning against DG. I really hope this doesn’t happen, as a bout with Matthysse/Peterson is a lot more interesting than seeing Zab against those two.
