I was looking over Danny Garcia's record and whoever is managing him had brought him up very smartly.
First thing I noticed is that he has fought on the road quite a bit. He's also no stranger to Las Vegas fighting their 8 times before his bout with Amir Khan.

While Khan was a big step up for him. He had been fighting and beating experanced boxers. His last 3 foes had been at one time world champions.
While Nate Campbell, Kendall Holt and Erik Morales are not on anyone's pound for pound list. They provided with vauble experance.

Whatever you think of Khan's ability. A bout with him is a major event. Probbly a step below a Mayweather, Pacquiao, Klitchko (Wald & Vitalli), Cotto and Bradley fight, but likely greater than everything else in boxing.
Garcia was complety prepared for the event. He pretty much predicted how it would go. You don't do that unless your prepared and have solid experance.
By putting him in with Nate Campbell, Kendall Holt and Erik Morales, and yes they are guys he can and should have beaten. Garcia gained both experance and confidance going into the Khan fight.

Hopefully like the way Garcia's people have built upon his wins over Nate Campbell, Kendall Holt and Erik Morales. They will build upon his win over Amir Khan.

Only people who know nothing about boxing expected Khan to win.Look at Khan's weaknesses in defence those are Danny's strength.

Oh behave. Every boxing scribe from here to puerto rico was giving this to Khan, and the reason is that he is a better boxer. Some of Garcia's shots were shockingly slow. But he caught Amir once in the sweet spot and that's all it takes in boxing.
