I don't think anyone is claiming he will be an ATG, Morales is a legend and his ring savvy will stay with him till his last dying breath. I beleive your overly scrutinizing the young man or you just simply expect more luster from the champ....he is who he is and has done what he's done no more no less. Let the boy have his day in the sun, his demise will come soon enough just like every fighters doom day will come.
