That reed dollaz freestyle is more of the street style, wouldn't really call it underground but then again isn't commercial or generic. However most of the younger kids rapping now here don't even sound like this, they sound more like how Garcia does.

the underground rap scene in Philly is second to none or at least it use to be. Flows are on point and the lyrics are top notch.

Who do you consider to be your best rappers over in LA?

Not from there but from what I have observed when listening to west coast rappers..... Ras Kass and crooked I stand out far beyond the rest.

 

meh, i'll admit it. LA's rap game is shitty as hell right now.

nothing but people making club songs or garbage cholo rappers.

but i will say Nipsey Hussle has been holding LA down. Jay rock too. its more of gangsta rap but its iight.

the Bay Area is KILLING the underground. they got some really good rappers out there. the problem is, rappers in LA nowadays have no originality. they eather try to sound like the south, eastcoast, or the bay.

i ****s with Nipsey tho. hes a lil more original than these other cats around here but he keeps that classic LA sound.

The bay has always been dope. Spice 1 is an all time favorite of mine, still bump his **** today.

 

no doubt. the bay always been dope. they got the independent game on lock up there. all their rappers are celebrities at home.

thats the difference between them and LA. seems like its hard for a local rapper to get a buzz because every one is on Lil Wayne or Gucci manes dick out here. plus there being so many different gangs which means there is a lot of haters so people dont give other rappers a chance. being gang affiliated and rapper isnt a good mix because usually only a certain audience will list to you. but theres something special about Nipsey, everyone whether blood, crip, or mexican loves his **** out here.
