He's not coming off 3 losses though, he's had 3 losses. His first loss was 2005. Then he lost to May (no shock there, Mayweather is an amazing fighter) and Thurman (a quality fighter in his own right). Robert isn't some opponent with a losing record or who has dropped 8 of his last 10. I still think Garcia wins but it's not going to be a cakewalk for him.
