Its a little like the Donaire theory i have , by weight hopping he's actually lost his reflexes and his fast twitch explosive movement , which Donaire relies heavily on , yes his level of opposition has moved up a notch , and yes he's not fighting midgets , but he's not performing to his best physical capabilities because his body is over sized at the weight , he's probably in a position now where even if he wanted to drop a weight class or 2 he would find it very very hard because he hasn't had too

Khan could find himself in a similar scenario

If of course he hasn't out grown the weight

He has the frame to fight at WW IMO.

 

Khan comes from the same gym as Pacquiao, a fighter who won his first world title at Flyweight.

No problems going up the weights if you are from that gym, or going down the weights if you are Chavez Jr.

Strange how a few weeks ago everybody was worried Khan was too big and might have lost his speed because of Tabares new training methods etc. I think personally Amir just wants the biggest fights. He wants to retire at 28 so he does not really have much time, does he?
