    Aside from Floyd and Manny of course.

    I think it's actually pretty easy to see why.

    He wins and has amassed an undefeated record of 29 wins and 0 losses.

    He's the clear 140 king, 0 doubts about that

    He beat Khan/Matthysse (Who are both fan favourites) when he was the big underdog in both fights. 6-1 Khan, 3-1 Matthysse. If Khan had won that fight, he would have gotten the Mayweather fight. Khan fans are still bitter about it today. Matthysse was the "Uncrowned" king of 140 and literally 98% of the people thought Matthysse would knock Garcia out in 3 rounds.

    Garcia was the one who knocked him down and beat that eye to death, winning a UD. Matthysse fans are also very very bitter about this.

    His dad is the best trash talker in the business atm

    He is a very good singer/rapper

    He is managed by Al Haymon

    He had a very very questionable bout in his last outing which led to even more hate.

    Not making this a race thread but he is American. People tend to expect far far more from him since he is. At the age of 26, he has an insane resume. If he was not American, he would easily be a top 7 p4p fighter with what he has achieved already.

    Khan/Matthysse/Herrera/Holt/Morales x2/Judah/Salka/Theophane, etc.

    Firstly, you dont know that. Theres already guys out there who have him around #10 P4P.

    But frankly, that doesn't even matter.

    What you're saying is that a guy who has already considered the #1 in his division, and a guy who has accomplished more than 99.5% of all people who ever lace up the gloves will "never accomplish anything"

    I think Garcia is underrated by most. Hes been fun to watch and fought and beat matthysse. Hes ok in my book. He may not have elite skills but hes been entertaining to watch and I don't know why people hate on him so hard.

    I'll admit the rod salka fight wasn't really a good move but other than that I don't see anything to not like about him as a fighter.

    Boxrec, which lots of people on this site thought was a great ranking system when he was fighting "#77 Lightweight" Rod Salka has him at #10 on their p4p rankings.

    Also the P4P list is PURELY decided by opinion anyway, there is NO official p4p ranking!!!

    So he has ONLY achieved being the #1 in his division??

    Do you know how ******ed that sounds???

    Hes the top ranked fighter in his division! And has been for quite a while.

    And hes only 26!
