Garcia has had 1 fight in nearly 4 years and that level of inactivity is going to play directly into Benns hands with his high output and aggression. A very good name to be sure but, it's still a fairly well calculated cherry pick if Benn goes for it, and a cash out fight for Garcia at 35. Danny Garcia of 5+ years ago likely would have detonated a counter left hook on Benn's chin and turned his lights, now however, all I see is Benn on points or late TKO/ ref stoppage.
Garcia's inactivity is a problem but I just haven't been convinced at all with Benn's last 2 performances. He's a tough strong kid in his prime but I don't think he's that good, Garcia for me has enough to negate his fast hands and pick him off with those counter hooks.
Angel vs Nigel would be more competitive. On a serious note, as long as there is proper testing in place Garcia wins here
Danny hasn't really shown anything at 154, barely at 147 but he's a former elite guy and there's levels to boxing. I haven't seen anything in Nigel's son that I would say impresses me. Danny stylistically as a catch and counter guy or punch "with" opponent guy would workout to his benefit here IMO. Danny UD
