That is a much better fight than Broner. Garcia wants to become a new Puerto Rican attraction. Cotto will drag him to 150-152.

It will be very competitive, it will look like Canelo-Khan. Dsg doesn't do very well once his left hook is neutralized and it'll most likely be the first time he's in with a fighter that's physically stronger than him. Unless Cotto comes in weight drained, he'd school Garcia easy with that jab. If it becomes a battle of the left hooks it'd be a fun fight to watch. This fight is only fantasy tho, too risky for Dsg.

Imo, if Garcia loses to shop worn miguel cotto, he should not get a shot at mayweather if he comes out of retirment for him.

Yeah DC and Texas two place boxing should never happen. Any boxer fights their or France does so at their own risk.

Shame on cotto if he goes after Kirkland when he was offered a title shot in Lara.

    Source???

Your'e the first person to write this that I've read.:think

Lara v Cotto would be a very solid matchup considering Cotto is faster of both foot and hand than is Canelo, but also has far better footwork in cutting off the ring.

Size wouldnt be a factor here as it was Cotto v Canelo, and speed would not be such as factor as it was in Lara v Canelo.:good

I don't understand what you mean by speed of foot, hand and cutting the ring wouldn't be an issue like against canelo, what fights ?

Canelo is better than both cotto and lara, i think cotto lara is a pickem, both a level or a couple below canelo, overall.

I can't see cotto or lara ever beating canelo, they fought as best they could and clearly lost. Or are you one of the challenged who think (wished really) canelo lost either?

I agreed with everything until you said Broner has better punch resistance
Broner would give Garcia hell because he is better technically by far
Garcia would have to land a home run on Broner
