Kavanagh jabs to the lungs, then ducks as Cisneros finds his cojones and lunges with a few straight shots over his back. BIG 1-2 by Kavanagh, rocks Cisneros. Clinch. Cisneros is just draping himself against Kavanagh like a Snuggie. Good point blank uppercut by Kavanagh, firing it up like a rocket. Cisneros is hurt badly and backing up, seeking sanctuary. He may soon look for a soft spot on the canvas. Very discouraging body language. Oh, they're looking at Cisneros' cut. They may spare him the need to ***** out. Nope, they let him take his lumps. Kavanagh hooks him in the body. Cisneros wobbles away with a weak jab. Kavanagh tries to jab him in the chest and Cisneros turns his mitt out to catch it. Kavanagh just forces his way in and starts to spank him on the sides. Jab by Cisneros. HARD jab by Kavanagh rocks Cisneros' head back sharply and makes him close his eyes and his jaw go slack. The referee steps in.

Kirkland vs. Molina will be the first live boxing in Houston since Charlo vs. Chatman ended half an hour ago.

The crowd has been sitting there twiddling its thumbs while we've been watching Kavanagh vs. Cisneros on tape delay. They'll have been twiddling for an hour by the time Kirkland and Molina get in the ring.

 

Hmm...if it ain't gonna be me, I'd rather it not be some random scrub with no proven experience. There do seem to be a fair number of people who care about both bouts on that card; it'd be a shame for them to not get quality accurate reporting.
