So I take it you didnt watch the Morales\Garcia fight??? Since you want to go this route, There is no doubt in my mind that JMM would replicate the success Morales had and initiate his own style to limit Garcia's attack...Garcia loops his punches to wide for him to catch up to a fighter like JMM...You seem to keep overlooking this simple fact...Those type of punches isnt gonna do anything to JMM. YOu're right, I'm no expert, and never claim to be but I know for sure that the wild **** Garcia does, isnt gonna get to JMM.


JMM is defense is good enough to negate Garcia's looping punches...and thats for damn sure...He defensive ability gets severly underrated by some I see. He may not be a Hopkins or Mayweather

JMM is really smart in there and would give him trouble. fight would deff go all 12 rds. sense JMM is getting old his age might catch up to him .

Marquez doesnt fight anything like Morales. Morales is a patient sharp shooter who sets traps and pounces on his opponent. Marquez just knows how to feint and box u till u fall asleep n then rips u with 3s 4s and 5s. He is very vulnerable to rapid wide or short hooks at close distance. Garcia will dominate the mid range because Marquez will be too worried about Dannys power.

Marquez is only good when he throws in combos and unfrotunately that will be his weakness vs Danny. Marquez relies on keeping out of ranging and moving or ducking away from shots. Never blocking with his gloves. The mere fact that Marquez gets in life n death brawls with one dimensional fighters like Katsidis and Diaz proves he is very vulnerable. Danny has more speed and power than them too. And he isnt a slugger like them, he has a very good jab n can work ur body till u drop ur guard like he did vs Khan.

Im not saying Marquez or Danny will dominate. But id favor Garcia considering hes got better whiskers, ko power and he is smart n can box. And dont say hes slow cause that left hook he cracked Khan with was wicked fast.

 

And of course i watched the Garcia vs Morales fight. This is Genaro G by the way. I own the khantards if u didnt know.

 

Unless Garcia lands a homerun punch, the likely outcome would be JMM by UD or late stoppage.

 

i pick garcia. jmm is old and on his way down. and garcia is careful and patient. he would not rush it, starting out too fast too strong like baby bull or katsidis. his strength will trouble jmm.

 

I go for Marquez. But, it would not be an easy fight for him. I definitely think Marquez would taste the canvas, possibly more than once.

I got JMM by UD only because I honestly believe father time has caught up to him..... if this was prime for prime.. JMM by tko.. but I think Garcia might make a fight of it.. I honestly think Marquez, as well as Pacman and Mayweather, is losing some steps...
