danny garcia vs juan manuel marquez

I'll give you the point that Danny has better KO power and maybe better chin, but he is NOT smarter and he is NOT a better boxer than Marquez. Even the most die hard fan of Garcia must realize this. You seem to be implying that Marquez will fall victim to the same mistakes Khan made, just because Marquez is a boxer and for some reason people thought Khan was a "boxer" too, when he just fights you from the outside and runs when he is in danger. He cannot counter or trade. I honestly believe that if it wasn't for all the **** talking that Garcias dad was doing to **** off Khan, then Khan wouldn't have been standing toe to toe with Garcia and would have kept backing up like a ***** like he did against Maidana. If Garcia goes the slugger route against a master technician then the slugger well get knocked the **** out. You've been saying you weren't surprised by Garcia knocking Khan out with the left hook cause he always catches opponents with it. You really think that Marquez will fall victim to the same punch his opponent uses? Garcia knocking out his previous opponents the same way that he did Khan, like you said, only tells me that Garcia cannot adapt. What's going to happen when his wide looping combinations don't work? You say he is smart but a jab to the body isn't going to set Marquez up for a hook upstairs, ESPECIALLY not when its the punch that fighter is known for.

**** that's a long post so in conclusion....... I think you are underestimating Marquez's skill and his ring smarts. Garcia is a strong young fighter but i will pick experience and skill over age and strength.
