Danny Garcia vs Lamont Peterson, DISCUSS!!!

Garcia may be just a bit too big and too powerful for Lamont, but if Lamont can protect his chin, call me nuts but I feel he could win this.

 

Danny will struggle to win a decision, he has issues with "boxers". Lamont's chin won't come into play here, Lucas was an altogether different animal with different attributes than Danny. This will be a close fight.

 

Lamont is hardly the best boxer.

 

Kind of meaningless, as no championships are on the line and Garcia is likely to exit the Super Lightweight division anyway.

 

Since when is Peterson a boxer?

It's a good fight, no doubt. Just wish it was at 140 to unify 3 of the belts...

 

I wish this was a title fight though the Mattysee fight should of been and Pedersen shouldn't have the belt anymore

I think if Pedersen can take Garcias left hook or take it out of the equation like vs Holt (not on Garcias level) he might be able to get inside and work him to the ropes and overwhelm him

I don't think Pedersen is really able to apply full pressure on a good counter puncher for 12 hard rounds and he can be hurt and Garcia hits pretty hard

I know lots of people hate this fight and hate Garcia, Im ok with this fight but Garcia has to do something at 140 or move up. Hopefully he fights the winner of Matty/Provo

 

its a really good fight lamont has plenty of skill ... i think the longer the fight goes on the better it is for lamont. danny will prolly do sum damage early in the fight

 

I think its a great fight and expect to see Garcia's savage body punching make a welcomed return.

 

I've got a big bet on a number of fights and this is the one fight that I'm a bit worried about. I have Garcia to win, surely Peterson is going to lose this fight. Got a gift against Khan and then got banned for drugs. Done nothing much else of note

 

garcia should win maybe early ko but if he dont get him outta there its all about who adapts better in there and who is more well prepared . i feel peterson is going to b well prepared focus and key for him is all bout defense avoid dannys power shots... but that prolly wont happen especially early ... but the fight just might go lamonts way the longer it lasts

 

Danny should win this Peterson cant help himself but get involved and his chin is shaky.
