The Showtime honeymoon is over.

HBO had this issue for years and had no choice but to cut the parasite off. Now Showtime will get a taste of mismatches and low ratings.

 

A horrid card.How they can sell this garbage is beyond me.HBO would never allow this **** to happen now.Like another poster said,this is THE reason why they don't deal with Haymon.
The best thing HBO did was to turn down the ridiculous Mayweather-Haymon contract.
Espinoza is going to be on shaky grounds losing all this money and poor ratings.

Hes not a complete bum, but he does not have a spec of KO power at 140 and you know that the scorecards in a Garcia vs B-side fight are filled out well in advance so the guy has no chance at a decision.

 

I pray that the eyebrow plucking Rican gets caught with something he doesn't see.

 

It's worse than that. Danny got ruined by Lucas The Machine Matthysse. This is the only kind of opponent he can look good against anymore. And even this is a maybe.

 

Yup, they already got a taste with the **** ratings Guerrero/Kamegai did. This fight is even worse, especially considering how terrible Garcia did against Herrera. I'll be surprised if their ratings are any good.

I'm surprised they haven't pushed Jorge Linares vs. Omar Figueroa yet. Showtime has so many good match-ups they can put on but a lot aren't happening.

Peterson/Garcia was such a no-fuking-brainer too, as was Danny Jacobs/Peter Quillin or Danny Jacobs/David Lemiuex/Peter Quillin.

Matthysse was the guy that lost against Garcia and later goes to get dropped twice by John Molina. :!:

 

Matthysse knocked Peterson out in the third round. Herrera clearly beat Garcia. Garcia/Salka fight would make me laugh if it weren't so sad...................

 

He is unified, not undisputed. He doesn't have the WBO strap.....
