Khan's out with injury at the moment, so maybe he should give Herrera a rematch and avenge that loss?

 

Fair play to Garcia, if you are going to avoid any serious contact with any talent then go the full monty, don't mess around with old shot to pieces "names" just find a fighter nobody has heard of, don't even give your fans a chance to defend it.

Mr Danny Garcia I applaud you for obviously not giving a toss how you are thought of, it takes some real nerve as a world champion to have a non title fight against this kind of opponent without the excuse of coming back from serious injury or a late replacement.

 

Or he could fight Breidis Presscot in a non title fight and get some rounds in.

 

He could, but he probably sees Prescott as too live for him. Ergo fighting this Vargas fellow in a none title fight instead.

 

He'd toy with Prescott like Khan did.

 

Eggington is a very good fighter, I fear for Danny's health and well-being if they fight

I don't care if Danny fights the corpse of Arturo Gatti in his next fight, just as long as he's fighting Thurman after. It's a non title, stay busy fight to prepare for a super fight. We've seen countless other champions do this in the past.
