    Garcia is going to have to step up sooner or later. He fights these washed up fighters and acts as if he defeated them when they were in there prime.

    Garcia is such a con artist.

    he's taken two real chances in his life - Khan (at the time was an underdog) and Matthyse.

    He's ducked everyone since then. PEDerson, berto, and ortiz are not threats.

    He tried to fight herrera in a cherry pick and got his ears boxed off.

    He's a joke hiding behind Haymon. Fight Brook or thurman/porter winner.
