Danny Garcia will always beat Khan, 140 or 147.

I don't think Garcia has been the same fighter since the Matthysse fight there has definitely been a steady decline in Garcia since that fight imo.

#1 thing I've noticed is Garcia doesn't seeem to be hitting as hard these days.

I say this version of Khan currently beats this version of Garcia I am not convinced Garcia still has his big punch ? I mean Peterson is almost as chinny as Khan and most of Garcias opponents haven't seemed too bothered about his power.

 

So you maintain that, including prospects, he has a top 20 skill level?
