Danny Garcia would lose to Porter/spence/brook/thurman

Thurman fight will go a long way in showing where Garcia stands in the food chain. But I tend to agree, Garcia not in the class bracket of the names mentioned above IMO. Thurman/Brook best of the bunch for me, but interested to see Spence with tougher opposition.
Be interesting to see how Broner re-establishes himself and if fulfils his potential.
Really is a stacked division.

Agree! Although I dislike Garcia and how he has been managed he is talented, I think he has to be considered the weakest of the bunch but not by a country mile. i can see the fight with Thurman and Brook turning in to chess matches with Danny boy dropping his 0, personally i would rather see Garcia fight Porter

I wish Cherry had taken the Pacquiao fight. Pacquiao would have humiliated and shut this dude out 12-0. Possibly even TKO.

 

I think Keith gives Danny some issues but ole Cherry G always pulls it out in the end, sort of like Ali did on Blizzy Mom, and gets the win.

I think Spence and Crawford take him to the limit and fluster him badly. Broner has NO CHANCE IN HE77

 

Those would all be good match ups, a lot of talent at 147-154 and would be nice to see them matched up this coming year.

Thurman-I lean towards Thurman but Garcia is a live underdog. It's a good fight and nice to see it happening.

Porter- That's the fight I'd like to see most for Garcia. I think their styles match up perfectly. Good fight, I see it as a 50/50 type of fight with Porter being the slight favorite.

Brook- This seems like the worst match up of the four for Garcia. Brook looks like the favorite to me if he ever goes back to 147.

Spence- Like most I think Spence has great potential and has looked very good so far. Still, Garcia is a proven top veteran fighter(despite his recent opposition) and Spence has just graduated from prospect status. Until I see him in with other top fighters I'd, uncomfortably, pick Garcia over Spence if they fought right now.

 

I too picked Porter out those listed to be the one most likely to lose to Garcia. It'd be an ugly fight for sure, Garcia's limitations really applies to "slick" fighters, crafty guys who box from the outside. Porter needs to close distance and Gracia can tag him. Can't pick a winner though.

 

At least the thurman fight is now going ahead no more cheerys , now is the time to finally prove weather hes the real deal or not. The thurman fight will answer a hell of a lot of questions

On Sat. I seen a settled into the weight class Strong & rested version of Danny G. (Granted the Opp wasn't in his class) Thurman Vs. Will easily be on my most anticipated fights for '17

 

Agreed. I don't rate Porter, and of course, that also puts a question mark above the head of Brook...
