That's how I see it also.

Whoever loses will detract from any legacy they might have otherwise enjoyed. However, neither is likely to be particularly large, at least on current form anyway.

I have always though that way goodnight and CHB....but now I dont think they will fight again because one of them or both will get beat before they get a chance to fight.

I know from chocs side a fight with Green is not even spoken about

I see both fighters with lots of options.....and the weight issues as a problem.

Choc looks to be going 154 even though the WBA say purse bid at 160.

I dont think choc is fighting Golovkin...hes going 154....have I ever been wrong :D

Ashley,,, the day Choc gets on the scales under 154, one of two things will have to happen.
    1. He'll be recovering from a limb amputation.
    2. He'll be getting assessed for an old age walking aid. :D

Nothing green has done suggests a rematch would be any different, it's not like the first one was close either.

Mundine has expressed the desire to campaign at either 160 or 154, Danny Green has expressed a desire to fight a proper cruiserweight or possibly "heavyweight". From the other thread we know you are an "expert" on fighters weight, so surely you can see that either a large weight drop for green or a large weight gain for mundine would be of detriment to their plans.
This fight is unlikely to happen this year and it's not going to happen if green thinks he is in the driving seat at the negotiations for weight or money.

Truly idiotic, his last fight was the most robotic danny green yet and choc is back boxing the heads off his opponents. Green only has a plan A which is to use his much overrated power but to you that's more important than boxing skill :patsch

    :-(

You have got to be the dumbest typist in the blond pool, fair dinkum.

My "expertise" that you allude to is not of my doing.
What I have tried to convey to you, Forrest, is what has been regarded by a consensus of those committed to boxing for a very long time, as the accepted standards. Not mine. Theirs.
Unlike you, who has a "World according to Gump", mentality, there are some boundaries one has to accept, otherwise people will consider you an idiot.
    Now did you get that???

Green never said he wanted to fight at heavyweight from anything I read. Some turnip proposed he fight Holyfield, then off went all the pixies to the bottom of the garden & started typing.:nut

Anthony would not knock a sick moll off a pisspot at 154.

He is fighting at middy because it's a good strategy. :good

It is a rare fighter that comes down in weight at his age & achieves anything of note. That's a broad consensus as well. Not my invention.
But you won't accept that, I expect, because someone else believes it to be true.:verysad

Save yourself the frustration of trying to help the blind see Rodin.

It took me approx 30 seconds to restore my ESB experience back to the pleasure it used to be.

...the 'Ignore List' function is the answer.

Interspersing the lamest of insults with your very best attempt at sounding educated still ends up as the expected sanctimonious drivel from yourself.

Green actually did mention fighting at heavyweight if it makes sense for him, it's even in the article I posted to start the thread off - learn to read. I imagine you just saw the name mundine in the title and dived right in with your idiocy.

"the man" is capable of making the weight and two of his camp members have already stated it on the board, he's at middleweight or "middy" now because it makes more sense, 154 or 160 he's fighting for a belt next.

As for the moving down bit that's why he would be "the pioneer", he would be a history maker :deal

    Jog on Rodin :hi::hi::hi:

Speaking of the blind, I can see he's just posted.

...the beauty is I can't see what he's written and have not the least bit of interest anyway!

Gaffer tape is silver and silence is golden!

People in his camp say he was 71kgs 1 week out from the Medley fight.

I didnt think he could make 160 but he did....can he drop another 3kgs of water and muscle to 154....yeah I think so. :good

Yeah,, it was fun for a while, & I've always had this urge to rush development of single cell life-forms, but you're right

There comes a time when someone who has been insulting the intelligence of so many people for so long, & recoils in horror at reciprocation, that one has to concede to time.
For someone who has had so little, so far, at least on this planet, it's the least I can do.:good

Seriously, what is with the lameness? I'm guessing "trash talk" isn't your forte but surely you can do better than this? :rofl You are a man aren't you? :huh

Don't make the mistake of thinking you and couldhavebeen actually possess intelligence :patsch, you certainly don't display it through the medium of boxing knowledge or debate.

    :hi:
