just saw it also. didn't say he would, said his manager said the terms are well worth exploring and green should consider! no word from green himself yet.

Like Briggs said in his book, boxers dont get super annuation, they dont get penalty rates, they dont get benefits.. I don't really have a problem with this fight happening. Green's one of my favourite fighters and thier first fight did wonders for boxing in Australia. Bring it on I say.

They are both multi millionaires, real fighters do like money but also do it for pride, aka Cotto etc take one the best in the division, Mundine and Green have made boxing in this country into a ****ing circus.

i really dont see the problem with the fight happening. greens still got something left, and hasnt been out of the ring too long.

green may have used retirement as a ploy to negotiate more loot from a mundine fight?? who knows...? but why would he relinquish is beloved title...? sniffs of a bad move...

mundine is more the problem, as usual. one minute hes gunna be the greatest super middle ever, the next hes gunna be a middle, then hes gunna fight at light heavy.......what a **** up mundine is....un ****en believeable.

hope green hits him with a wild swing and breaks his jaw. like to see mundine spruiking through all that wire......."im blub, blub...hmff, wheeeerrrrrr chuuu......"
