    I'm not the brightest spark but i have always wondered why certain spots on the list are stated as Not Rated? Wouldn't everybody just move up a spot :huh

    No worries PJ, I'll just spit in the fecker! LOL He had his last fight at cruiser before fighting for the title and had indicated that he would be staying at the weight. Some orgs will rate a guy in a higher division just on petition from the manager so not too bad at all! ;) See you after the weigh-in and rules meeting we can have the coffee then

    The IBF always keeps the first two spot vacant unless people fight eliminators to earn those spots.
