Looking at the guys record on another site (who he's beaten and who he has lost to) i would say that this is a much easier fight than Shannon Taylor who it was rumoured Green may be fighting. Incredibly easy 1st fight back.
After a bit of a wander on the net I came across this delightful article. http://www.illawarramercury.com.au/...iwi-mckinnons-next-up-for-taylor/1454241.aspx Man, what is going on with our scene!
My goodness, not even in my wildest dreams did I think the circus would reach these proportions. What on earth has Australian boxing come to?? atsch So just summarising: - Geale beats nobody McKinnon - Mundine beats Taylor - Taylor is looking to take on Geale's leftovers McKinnon - Taylor also negotiating a rematch with Mundine ??? (oh god why) - Green wants to fight Taylor - Taylor wants Green - Mundine to take on Geale - Taylor looking to challenge Geale Australian boxing is becoming like Melrose Place . . . everyone wants to hook up with everyone, and it's one soap opera after another. The circus is in FULL swing guys. Enjoy it while it lasts.
I'm predicting that Mundine and Green will be fighting on the same card at some stage this year. Once again, both to take on Rico Chong Nee calibre fighters. The publicity generated did wonders the first time around, can't see why they wouldn't do it again.
= South African 35 year old blown up middleweight with mediocre record. A real acid test for Danny....can't wait!!
gave sth african light heavy champ a real push in his 2nd last fight. most said sth african fight of the year. after 12 month layoff could have been heaps worse. eg nivea body cream, pavlova, chicken cattitore etc, supoosedly world title material?!
Fighting a ******ed midget who suffers from cerebralpaulsy is the only way it could have been worse. This guy is garbage, and of course you're going to try and prop up his ability. :jjj
Please mate try & fool people somewhere else. Very poor opponent who is 35 & a blown up Middleweight.
