Green was trying to give an idea of what it was like to be in the ring, thus, he mentioned some noises that Jones made.

It may have been helpful for some people not used to boxing and it is also quite interesting for some.

Other than that, nothing should be read into it.

    It is all fine.

**** Green, thats some disrespectful stuff right there. Roy acted like a complete gentlemen even during the Lacy fight to Green.

I agree that its was a slightly bad stoppage just cause of the fact Roy had his hands up protecting himself and it was a tight guard. But even if I thought it was a good stoppage to say the ref has a clearly view of whats happening or whatever how many times have refs made bad decisions?? How many refs would have let that fight go longer?? I say many of the top refs would have.

Jones respectful? Jones is one of the most arrogant and disrespectful boxer there is to guys who he have beaten. He was trashing Lacy and Sheikie leading up to the fight.

On the other hand, Roy's mocked so many of his opponents in the past. I'm a big fan of Roy's ability, but he has set himself up for humiliation over the years. Hard to feel bad, really.

Can we expect to see him giving hell to Amir Khan on January's rankings? The suspense is going to be unbearable since this fight happened so early in December.

Roy knows boxing. He didn't take a fight with Corrie Sanders when Sanders had THE belt but he did take one with Ruiz. I remember his claim that he would KO both Klitschkos. Oh, how the mighty have fallen. Green must be the last fight of Jones' career.

Green is just telling it like it is, if he's offending anyone he's not doing it deliberately. The ref shouldn't have stopped it though, these guys are tough mother****ers, it was a world title fight. maybe if it had happened in the 8th round or something, then i can understand the stoppage.

Sanders was never considered champion of the division.

He won the WBO belt from Wlad.

    That was it.

Boo F'in Hoo! Danny Green did not go out of his way to praise Jones. Throughout his career Jones has beenone of the most arrogant, disrespectfull pricks to ever lace up gloves and now he is supposed to be privy to sportsmanship he never exhibited.

Jones had no problem kicking Wladimir klitschko when he was down, on HBO for the entire World to hear. Now Jones is entitled a level of common decency he never showed an ounce of.

Oh how the mighty have fallen. It will be so ironic when the same thing happens to Mayweather. Ironic because when Jones started going downhill all his zealous supporters simply switched allegiance to Mayweather. Now he is about to go the way of Jones....

It is a little disrespectful, yet he is being honest and this is kind of interesting how he is analyzing the fight. I would like to have other fighters be so honest analyzing a fight. He seems like an honest guy. The thing is Jones said he won fair and square and then after said the fight was stopped too soon. Maybe Green was a little insulted by that and figured he would be honest about Roy. By the way, that punch behind the head was similar to the punch Glen Johnson landed in 2004. Jones has a flaw. Sometimes he turns slightly when a punch comes and it lands flush on the back to side of the head. With Johnson and Green he was stopped. That back of the head thing is sort of overblown. That was a legit knockdown. If a man ducks and the punch lands behind him it is not a foul. I did see Green later try to hold and hit, but not on that first punch. It was a good punch.

It is true Roy has not always been respectful himself. My favorite fighter Hearns always was respectful, that is why I really like him as a person. Not many guys like that. I have never heard Hearns insult an opponent after he beat them.
