Would you guys pay to see this at some sort of dannyweight of 185 for the IBO title??

I reckon it would be cool, it would make a lot of money for both guys IMO.

Depends don't think Geale would be effective at 185 and thats Greeny's optimum weight. Geales boxing skills may see him win a few rounds but Green catches him late.

Green doesn't win against geale at any weight. Geale to much skill for green. And green is just about gone now. I dont think he'll even fight again. Retirement within a month.

Exactly. If Beyer outboxes Green then Geale schools him.

i reckon its a joke of an idea!

dumb fight no interest at all in seeing it!!

despite the recent loss Daniel Geale is still one of the elite middleweights in the world and is in his prime. what kind of business does he have putting on 25lbs to fight a way past Danny Green??
Even if he did beat Danny what else is he gonna do at 185??? he doesn't have enough power to get the respect of any of the top light heavies who would walk right through him.

It would take him a long time to put the weight on and even longer to comfortably take it back off to get back to 160. HUGE waist of time for his prime years!!!!

more glory, more glamour, more legacy and likely more money for him to make at 160.

True but this is a hypothetical thread. Like prime Tyson v W.Klitchko type thread.

Exactly what I was thinking - can't believe anyone would tip Geale in this one and I am one of his biggest fans. It wouldn't last 4 rounds.

Geale wouldnt beat Green at 185LB because Geale isnt a 185LB fighter you pea brains. Now if Green fought at Middleweight as he has done so before then no doubt about it Geale would box his ears off.

My brain is pea size yes, however for Greeny to come down to middleweight he would need to saw off his fukn legs.
