One of funniest headlines i have heard in ages.

 

Lefty got no idea about the RJJ fight depends which RJJ turns up on the day but how do you call greens title a paper one nbot really sure there am I missing something does someone have the super title in his divison and belt or was it because you didn't feel his opponent was worthy of a title fight

 

Its a paper title because it was originally a vacated one before Stipe Drews captured it. Stipe Drews was technically a paper champion.

 

Roy is shot, hasn't had a credible win in years. Green would maul him.

 

I think thats a little weak. If it was vacated 60 years ago it would still technically be a paper title. Siaca and Branco fought for the interim title, Branco won, Tiozzo retired, Branco became full champ, Drews beats Branco, Green beats Drews.

Green still beat the Champ if you know what I mean.. He didn't fight for a vacant title.

 

It would be great if RJJ came out to Australia to fight Green and somehow Green won setting up the super fight Green VS Mundine 2....problem is i dont think the first fight will happen and Green better look to his next fight 100% or he may not even get another shot a Choc.

 

Branco and Siaca are really C grade super-middles though, Branco didn't beat the champ he got given his title then lost it to Drews. Then there was the Green farce with Drews showing up for a final payday, thanks to Greenys wealth he managed to buy a title that has no sort of credibility. Has there ever been a worse run of 'champions' than Branco, Drews, Green? I doubt it.

If Green wants to be taken seriously he should be making noises about unifying, not cashing in by fighting names that are way past it who would've humiliated him back in the day. Green thinks his title makes him a champion fighter. Wrong, you're the same wealthy stiff you've always been. Massive ego, bought a title, no desire to be the best. How anybody can be a fan of him baffles me.

 

Gotta agree with some of this i suppose.... i still don't mind Greeny and will support him against any international fighter.

Roy wouldn't even know where Perth is, let alone fight Danny Green. I can guarantee this fight will never happen.

But looks and adulation from millions:huh

Then you crap on about Danny not wanting to unify,wrong again he's been in regular talks with Erdie and if the RJJ fight doesn't come off he'll more then likely fight him to unify the wba and wbo belts.
But don't feel sad lefty i hear that choc's going to unify his "regular" title with the argentina 168 national title soonatsch
It must really cut you up that Danny is seen as a genuine title holder :yep
Not to mention it would send you close to suiciding if Danny got the fight with RJJ!!!!!!!!!
Poor old choc always wanted a superfight in America he'd bawl his eyes out if Danny got this fight with his idol.
And when Danny KTFO of jones i'd love to see chocs face fukin priceless.
And believe me if RJJ makes the mistake of fighting Danny it will be Roys last fight!
The guy is a hasbeen his chin is so suspect and he fights scared these days because 5 years ago he had the reflexes and speed to avoid being hit but these days he so old and slow and he's getting tagged more often and he's not throwing the combination punches he use to.He's also starting to look flat footed in his last few fights,not to mention he seams to just load up on his punches nowadays but in saying that he couldn't even stop tito:nono
Danny will crush rjj in less then 5 rounds:deal

 

His nose is busted, he has a weird shaped body and he is the stiffest looking person i've ever seen. He has alot of money i'm sure (relative to the average person) Maybe you find his wife attractive but i sure don't and he has the adoration of a few thousand in perth, mainly non boxing fans. What is the official lightheavyweight champion? He'll be remembered for his almost win against Beyer more than anything else when he's done. Please don't tell me you think he's the man at light-heavy?

Didn't you say you speak to him? Can you please ask him if he's interested in fighting Chad Dawson if he thinks he's the champ at light-heavy? :rofl Cheers bud.

I don't hate him, i just think he is a joke of a fighter and i don't like how he carries on with his ego in the media, i feel like he is disrespectful to boxing by pretending he is THE champ, if somebody doesn't know boxing and they see Green it reinforces the stereotype of the cocky,dumb strong guy who just swings until someone drops. He's a bad representative for boxing, he's not scientific, skilled or stylish in any way and the uneducated person thinks he's the best out there. If Green was the best that anyone could be i'd never put a pair of gloves on again, what would be the point.

And i know for sure that Green couldn't give a **** about my opinion or if i dropped dead tomorrow, and i honestly don't care in the slightest, you can see i don't have any respect for him so i don't know what point you're trying to make with that.
