The guy's 38. Has fought above 185 pounds once in his entire career. Is coming back after a big career set-back that included serious surgery, and you reckon he should fight a legit top 10 cruiser at 200 pounds first bout back after that surgery?

Though I agree with your sentiment, surely you aren't serious Kegs?

Irrespective of surgery, Green should probably never fight a legit top 10 CW, he's not up to the task.

However, when you speak so much ****, you should back it up.

I doubt he ever will though.

The context above was Kegsy's inference that Green ought to fight a top 10 CW at 200 next up.

....don't think Green's taken enough hits to the head to seriously consider such a move next up, and as you said above, he may not in future either.

Same as you, I like to see fighters back back up their talk with action, but you don't have to look too far to find far worse offenders in this respect than Green.

Having said that, it doesn't make it right for him and particularly Hyder to do it either.

Well if he wants a easier return fight fair enough if i didnt clarify, but after that if he sticks to his non top 10 cruiserweights & fight at dannyweights he will be open for some criticism.

I have to agree with Kegsy on this one 100%.

Unfortunately, (and I know the Danny fans will hate hearing it) but parading around with a worthless piece of IBO **** over your shoulder telling everyone how your the Crusierweight champion of the world and how your fighting 'live' opponents, big fights, blah, blah, blah but then coming up with this strategy of easy pickings in Siaca, Briggs and then Flores, all fought under the 'Dannyweight' terms, as well now potentially facing a 42yr old has-been is just as much bull**** and actual hypocrisy as Mandy with his 'world domination', Cotto, Mayweather, Pavlik claims.

Rightly or wrongly, there's no other spin that can be put on it and it's just utter crap, hence posters on here who are genuine boxing fans, as well as certain components of the media have seen through it and are tired of listening to it leading to the questions and/or scepticism raised.

The questions raised are legit questions, it's just with Danny's actions with his recent fights and potential choice of upcoming opponent, there are no legit answers to refute them with.

and you fail to mention his previous 5 opponents had lost 36 fights between them,he had been inactive for 15 months
before he fought Danny and despite your thread saying no
catchweights Flores weighed in at a career low 195 pounds.

    Agree with you 100% Kegs.

The reality though will probably be Cameron, followed by a Dannyweight bout or two, and then retirement.

The wild-card, until one retires at least, will always be Green v Mundine II.

But I reckon it's more likely BOXA will buy a crack at Geale's title, assuming he beats Sylvester, and that might put pay to Green v Mundine II forever.

Sheer genius Stiffy - make up whatever quote you like mate!

Plainly you think the odd bit of bull**** from Hyder and to a lesser extent Green is as bad as the years & years of farcical 'world dominance' bull**** from BOXA, and ably assisted by Ash?
