Round 1

Jabs from Green. Circling to the right, and an overhand right blocked. Circling back left, and some more jabs. BIG heavy loaded left hook by Wlodarczyk, partially blocked. More jabs and rights by Green while circling.

10-9 Green

 

Round 2

They come together and Wlodarczyk throws a big uppercut, muffled as they clinch. Wlodarczyk comes forward blocking high and poking out a jab. Green is ripping out straight lefts and rights while backing up, and then grabbing Wlodarczyk when he runs out of space to avoid getting trapped on the ropes. Rabbit punches in the clinches by Green, trying to circumvent that high guard. Wlodarczyk blocks all straight punches. Green dances back a step, and tries some long jabs and rights. All blocked. Piercing jab by Wlodarczyk stepping forward. Green is backed up by some leaping hooks. Big swings by Green and Wlodarczyk just ducks through, pushing Green back into a corner.

Round 3

Jabs from Green coming forward. Several jabs, blocked. Green gives up and backs away. Green moving back and around the ring with short sliding steps. Wlodarczyk presses in slowly, making pawing motions with his left jab. Green backs up to a corner and has his cheek scraped by a jab while throwing out straight counters that miss the mark. Green is walked along the ropes into the next corner, and squats down to fire a jab to the belly. Clinch. Neither man can gain the upper hand as they each try to bring their strength to bear. Jabs to the body by Green, who keeps backing up. Double jab up top, blocked. Wlodarczyk is just pawing his own jab while slowly coming forward. Double high jab by Green blocked. Wlodarczyk loads a right to the body but falls in with it and gets countered with a few taps to the head as it's situated by Green's belt.

They both look quite unexceptional.

 

Round 4

Green circles wide to the left and jabs low. Wlodarczyk advances but doesn't close the distance. Whipping underhand right to the hip by Green. Marching back and turning his body away from Wlodarczyk, Green waits out by the ropes and tries to pour out jabs and rights like hot tar from the battlements. Wlodarczyk is cautious coming forward, but keeps looking for a weakness in Green's defenses. Green blocks a Wlodarczyk jab backing up, and tilts his right shoulder away from him to hold himself low and make a small target.

39-37 Green

 

Round 5

Wlodarczyk comes on and uses his pawed jab to try and set up a big right hand. Green backtracks to the ropes, and leaves his own jab sticking out in Wlodarczyk's path. Big right hand by Green misses over Wlodarczyk's shoulder. Wlodarczyk lands a nice heavy body shot, falling in behind it with his full weight. Green ties up immediately. Wlodarczyk comes forward and blocks jabs to the body. Green changes it up and lands a flush jab to the chin, stunning Wlodarczyk! Follow up left hook!! Wlodarczyk stunned severely!! Wlodarczyk on the back foot!! Green comes in and hammers away! Rabbit punches! No warning, but Wlodarczyk motions to the ref behind his own head. Green is stalking, loading up big rights but missing by several inches as Wlodarczyk scoots away. Wlodarczyk dips to one side as they circle close and tries a hook to the body as Green is jabbing at his head.

That might have been a Wlodarczyk round before he got hurt.

 

Round 6

Wlodarczyk jabs at the body. Green backs up and holds his palms out by his face for slap-down parries. Wlodarczyk is jumping in now, thrusting jabs in at the body and swatting up high with hooks but unable to find a target. Green has his belly sucked in tight and his posture has most of the scoring areas on him held well behind his arms. A few body shots by Green reaching in from outside. Wlodarczyk chases but doesn't catch him, not really stepping on the gas. Clubbing right to the back of the head by Wlodarczyk as Green ducks. Mild staredown at the bell.
