If green is successful against drews on the 18th then this fight should be made in Oz and definitely shown on showtime or HBO. This would be beyond an exciting fight with edge in chin going to green and slight edge in boxing going to briggs. But being are both big punchers and have a nonretreat mode this would be fun!
I would love to see Briggs win a belt....after his fights with Adamek, I couldnt help but love both of those guys.

I agree. I actually felt kinda bad for Briggs after he lost to Tomasz in the second fight, even tho Tomasz won really. Hes a great fighter, and he deserves credit. But really, as much as I HATE to say this, Briggs might be done. Tomasz ruined him. His last fight wasn't really the best, and I think he might be done, but I hate to accept that fact, and im trying not to beilve it. I really hope I am wrong. Briggs is a great fighter. And I really want him to win a belt. RESPEKT for Paul Briggs!
Two decent fighters who can entertain. Whatever happens in the next fights this match up should be made.
Australian boxing needs a shot in the arm. Green vs Briggs would be a very big fight and almost guaranteed to end in a KO. Hard to say who should be taking out sponsorship on the soles of their boots but it should be a great fight and hopefully one that attracts international interest
This would be a war. but u would think it would definitely end in a KO BUT BOTH HAVE VERY GOOD CHINS AND A LOT OF HEART SO it might not. I see Green winning a split decision in a classic.
Sadly i think briggs is done and at 175 Greeny looks awesome , but still a great matchup and a fight all of Aus would get into and prove that mundine isn't the only name is aus boxing that the general sports fan can get into to
